T-shirts and hoodies with DTF print — a finished printed product. We buy the garments ourselves and don't print on garments supplied by the client.

• Send a request via the website form, Telegram, WhatsApp, phone or email.
• Within 24 hours we send a free mockup, price and ready date.
• We only print after you approve the mockup.
• The price in our quote is valid for 30 days from its date.

Website prices are for 20–⁠49, 50–⁠99 and 100+ pieces in UAH; the final price is in the quote and invoice. No VAT is charged.

Payment by bank transfer against our invoice. Prepayment is 70%, the rest before shipping; you can also pay the full amount at once.

For clients abroad we issue an invoice in English; payment is by bank transfer (SWIFT) in US dollars or euros.

We give you the ready date before you pay. As a guide: 20–⁠49 pcs — from 3, 50–⁠199 pcs — from 5, 200–⁠499 pcs — from 10, 500+ pcs — from 14 working days, if all sizes and colours are in stock; restocking takes from 2 weeks. Working days are Monday to Friday.

Within Ukraine — by Nova Poshta in 1–⁠2 days; shipping is paid by the recipient at Nova Poshta rates. We can ship to several addresses from your list. For delivery outside Ukraine, ask us.

Before shipping we send you photos of the finished batch. Check the parcel at the Nova Poshta branch; if it is damaged, file a report with Nova Poshta and message us.

If there is a print defect in the order, we reprint those items at our cost. Message us within 14 days of receipt and send photos.

Garments with your print are made to order, so we don't take them back if they match the approved mockup.

Each party is liable for failing to meet its obligations under the laws of Ukraine. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure.

We resolve disputes by negotiation and, if we cannot agree, in court under the laws of Ukraine.
