Who processes your data
The data controller is Individual Entrepreneur Zholobko Nataliia Dmytrivna, Tax ID 2690113688, trading as ALFA DTF PRINT.
Questions about your data: info@alfa-dtf-print.com.ua · +380 50 519 70 71 · Aleia Khokhtif 14/1, Starokostiantyniv, Khmelnytskyi region, 31100, Ukraine.
What we collect
- From the request form: your name, email, Telegram or WhatsApp, organization, quantity, needed-by date, delivery country, comment and the logo or artwork file, if you add them.
- With the request: the page it was sent from, language, campaign tags (UTM, gclid), the previous page address and your choices in the price estimate. Your browser keeps campaign tags for 30 days so the request does not lose its source.
- Website usage data — only if you accept analytics cookies (see “Cookies”).
Why
- To reply to your request and prepare a mockup and quote.
- To agree and fulfil the order: invoice, production, delivery and warranty.
- With your consent — to see how the website is used and to measure advertising.
We don't send newsletters.
Legal basis
For visitors from the EU — GDPR: Art. 6(1)(b), to prepare and perform a contract (request, quote, order); Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest (spam protection and website security); Art. 6(1)(a), consent (analytics and advertising cookies).
In Ukraine — the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
How long we keep data
- Requests and messages that did not lead to an order — up to 1 year from the last message, then we delete them.
- Invoices, delivery notes and other order documents — as long as Ukrainian law requires: at least 1,095 days (Tax Code of Ukraine, para. 44.3).
Who else processes data
- Cloudflare — website hosting and form spam protection (Turnstile).
- KeyCRM — request and order management, live chat on the website.
- Google (Analytics, Ads), Microsoft Clarity, Meta, LinkedIn — analytics and advertising, only with your consent.
Transfers from the EU to Ukraine
There is no European Commission adequacy decision for Ukraine. If you contact us from the EU, we receive your data in Ukraine because we need it to answer your request and fulfil the order you place (GDPR Art. 49(1)(b)). We protect this data in the same way as the data of our clients in Ukraine.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format and withdraw cookie consent at any time.
Write to info@alfa-dtf-print.com.ua — we will reply within 30 days. You can also contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, in the EU, your national data protection authority.
Changes
We publish each new version on this page with the date at the top.
